4 Walls MG replaced all the wood trim on our home with Azek last spring and painted the trim where required to match the rest of the house.
The job was done very professionally.
The company and its representatives were very responsive and delivered what they promised on the agreed schedule. When they removed the old rotted wooden trim, they found unexpected rot in some of the plywood sheeting on the vertical face of the house.
They discussed the existing plan, the need to replace that rotten sheeting, and the proposed changes required to the contract. They provided sufficient supporting information for me to make an informed decision and amend the contract with the changed specifications.
The revised price was fair and l didn't feel like I had been gouged as a result of this unfortunate but needed change. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again for equal complex jobs.
